Smithsonian photo competition
February 23, 2009I received notice the other day that I am a finalist in the Smithsonian Magazine photography competition!
My photo “Broken Barn” is 1 of 10 finalists in the Americana category, check it out

National Park Service photography competition results…
February 15, 2009I just found out that I placed in the top 14 of this years “Share the Experience” photo competition put on by the National Park Service. Over 10,000 people entered and I received an honorable mention! They are sending me a new camera, a gift card to REI and an annual recreation lands pass. The winning picture was taken in Red Rock Canyon right outside of Las Vegas, NV. Check out the other winners here, thanks to all those who voted for me!
