July 19, 2010Quick update
April 16, 2010I had a computer disaster several days ago which rendered my computer useless (water + electronics = not good). Thankfully my warranty will cover the extent of the damage and I should be up and running sometime next week. I’ve been shooting quite a bit with my new camera so there will be plenty of posts in the not to distant future, so stay tuned!

New Year Updates
January 4, 2010Happy 2010 everyone! 2009 was a great year for me, I learned a TON about photography and a TON about blogging. 2010 is shaping up to be a great year, I plan on continuing the wallpapers on a monthly basis (instead of weekly) similar to David duChemin’s blog, and restarting my “Monthly Portrait” project.
Here are some statistics from 2009, I hope you find them as interesting as I did.

In other news, I got a new lens! I saved up some holiday money to purchase the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM. I can’t wait to put it through the paces. I know very little about macro photography and am anxious to learn.
